Valeant Pharmaceuticals Completes Sale Of Filler And Toxin Assets To Galderma

LAVAL, Quebec, July 10, 2014 /CNW/ - Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. (NYSE: VRX and TSX: VRX) today announced it has completed the sale to Galderma of all rights to Restylane, Perlane, Emervel, Sculptra, and Dysport owned or held by Valeant for $1.4 billion in cash, pursuant to the previously announced agreement with Nestle S.A, which recently completed its acquisition of Galderma.
