OTTAWA, May 12 /CNW Telbec/ - Toronto Deputy Mayor Joe Pantalone and Vice-Presidents Berry Vrbanovic and Claude Dauphin from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) will be at Toronto City Hall on Friday morning to look ahead to the upcoming FCM conference.
