Time is running out to register for the BC Foodservice Expo
VANCOUVER, Jan. 7, 2013 /CNW/ - There are only a few weeks to go before the 2013 BC Foodservice Expo, a one-stop shop for new ideas, products and opportunities in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The show runs Jan. 27 and 28 at the Vancouver Convention Centre West.
Registration is now open at BCFoodExpo.ca.
The BC Foodservice Expo is British Columbia's largest hospitality trade show and draws the top industry players. It's an easy and fun way for owners, chefs, managers, and other decision makers to stay on top of trends and network with colleagues. This year's show has all the latest and greatest equipment, and new food and beverage products. The show will also feature informative seminars on:
- restaurant marketing
- mobile payments
- making your establishment greener
- foreign and domestic recruiting
- foodservice trends
- the transition back to PST
- the Informed Dining program
Make sure to catch B.C. chefs facing off in three exciting competitions:
- The Chef of the Year "Roasted" competition

This year's show also features the annual Trends breakfast, full of menu-changing ideas for businesses of all sizes, with new insights from market researchers NPD Group. Seating for this event is limited.
