TORONTO, Nov. 5, 2013 /CNW/ - The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair Fancy Bird competitions begin today in the Scotiabank Ring of Excellence.  With over 330 exhibitors and 930 birds from Buff Laced Polish and Fantail to Rhode Island Red and of course the Chantecler,  these competitors are sure to ruffle a few feathers.
