The 43rd Edition of the Montreal International Auto Show is coming soon!

MONTREAL, Nov. 29 /CNW Telbec/ - Desjardins General Insurance presents, from January 14 to 23, 2011, the 43^rd Edition of the Montreal International Auto Show (MIAS) at Palais des congrès de Montréal. This year again, every manufacturers will be on hand to present their latest models and technologies. Get ready, this year's event promises to be one to remember! 

New attractions!
Once more, you will be impressed by the special attractions. This year, level 7 will be transformed to receive the Performance Zone. You will see about 30 modified and race cars that will stun you. Excitement guaranteed!

The environmentally-themed exhibit On Route to the Future is presented, this year, in collaboration with Hydro-Québec. You will find the latest technologies about electric cars and get useful information about the electrification of these vehicles.

This year, Auto Hebdo presents the Suzuki test drives. The manufacturer offers to visitors the chance to try the latest Kizashi model, and about twelve (12) vehicles will be available with various options. This is a good opportunity to learn more about this Japanese manufacturer's product!  

MIAS blood donor clinic
The MIAS annual blood donor clinic, presented in collaboration with Héma-Québec and CTV Montreal, will be held at the Complexe Desjardins from Monday, January 17 to Friday, January 21, 2011. Once again, we call upon the generosity of all Montrealers to maintain the tradition.

Pink Days
For a second year, the Pink Days will be featured at the event to support the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. In fact, January 18, 19 and 20 have been designated "pink days" in support for breast cancer research. During the three (3) days, the MIAS will donate $2 to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation for every ticket sold to visitors wearing either a pink garment or a pink accessory. The MIAS is proud to contribute to such a worthy cause. Don't forget to wear pink!

Kia Motors Childcare Centre
The Kia Motors Childcare Centre is still available for the pleasure of the children… and for the parents, too! Everything offered to amuse toddlers while their parents visit the Show at their own pace!
