for April 2014. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2014 to
Unitholders of record on April 30, 2014.
Summit II recently adopted an amended and restated distribution
reinvestment plan ("DRIP") whereby residents of Canada may elect to have their cash
distributions reinvested in additional units of Summit II.
