WHISTLER, BC, Feb. 20 /CNW/ - The men's two-man bobsleigh competition at the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games originally scheduled for 1:30 pm Pacific Time on Sunday, February 21 at The Whistler Sliding Centre has been rescheduled to take place later that day at 4:00 pm.
The revised start time is to preserve the field of play and ice conditions on the sliding track from unseasonably warm mid-day temperatures and to ensure fair competition for all competitors. The decision to reschedule the start time was made by the Fédération Internationale de Bobsleigh et de Tobogganing (FIBT) and VANOC.
