SASKATOON, SK, Dec. 14, 2009 /CNW/ - Star Uranium Corp. (SUV - TSX Venture) - Star Uranium Corp. ("Star Uranium") announced today that it has entered into a multi farm-out agreement with Wrangler West Energy Corp. (WX - TSX Venture) ("Wrangler") of Calgary, Alberta. Under the terms of the farm-out agreement, Star Uranium shall be required to drill, complete, test or abandon test wells on or before December 31, 2009. Upon completion of the test wells Star Uranium will have earned a fifty percent interest in the drill spacing unit of each test well. Wrangler shall be the operator of the test wells.
Kyle Kozuska, interim President of Star Uranium states "We are pleased to have the opportunity to participate in this project with Wrangler West Energy Corp. These gas projects are well defined seismically and have access to plants and infrastructure. Should our exploration efforts be successful, we can expect fast tie ins and natural gas sales."
