Stanmore Capital Holdings, LLC announces acquisition of shares of Patient
Home Monitoring Corp.

TORONTO, June 8 /CNW/ - Stanmore Capital Holdings, LLC (the "Securityholder"), an investment group focused on U.S. healthcare investment services, has filed an early warning report dated June 8, 2010, advising of the acquisition of, directly or indirectly, ownership of or direction or control over 16,843,750 common shares ("Shares") representing approximately 28.05% of the outstanding common shares of Patient Home Monitoring Corp. (formerly, International Health Partners Inc.) ("PHM") in connection with the reverse takeover of PHM by the shareholders of Stancap Holdings I Limited and PHM DME Healthcare Inc. completed on June 1, 2010. The Shares are subject to an escrow period in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Securityholder has acquired the Shares for investment purposes and may from time to time acquire additional common shares of PHM either on the open market or through private acquisitions or sell the Shares either on the open market or through private dispositions. This news release is being issued under the early warning provisions of Canadian provincial securities legislation.
