SignEasy Makes Electronic Signatures More Secure and Simpler With an Android Redesign and Google Integrations

SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 15, 2015 /CNW/ - SignEasy, the San Francisco based solution for electronic signatures, has announced a string of new products and updates for Google platforms. This includes new integrations with Gmail and Google Drive and a completely revamped, Android M ready experience with biometric authentication for signing documents.

"Recognition from Apple in the past have reiterated our belief in SignEasy's best-in-class experience for iOS users. With a revamped Android app, we are bringing the same experience for Android users. Also, in our effort to provide more avenues to Google users to sign documents, we are excited to launch integrations for Gmail and Google Drive, making SignEasy more accessible and seamless for them," said Sunil Patro, Founder and CEO of SignEasy.

The redesigned Android app lets users manage their documents more efficiently. It offers an adaptable interface for tablets and a delightful user experience overall. The update introduces an advanced security feature for eSignatures using biometric authentication through Nexus Imprint. Users will be now able to safeguard their signatures from theft or unauthorized usage and ensure the signature process completes only after fingerprint identification.

SignEasy has also launched integrations with Gmail and Google Drive, available on Chrome Store and Google Apps marketplace respectively. The Gmail extension lets the user open, sign, and send documents received as attachments without leaving the Inbox, all in a few clicks. This will benefit over 900 million Gmail users and help them address the painful switching between printer and scanner or between applications to send and sign the attachments they receive. Taking this a step further, SignEasy for Google Drive will enable millions of users to sign documents seamlessly from any browser.

Over time, SignEasy has been continually adding features and improvements to make eSignatures and business workflows simpler, faster, and secure. Earlier this year, SignEasy introduced a web application, allowing users to sign and send their documents right from their desktop browser. It was followed by the Request Signature feature in the web application, which lets users get documents signed by remote parties in minutes. With more upcoming integrations and features, SignEasy is set to address the real business needs of individual professionals and companies of all sizes while dealing with paperwork.
