a Toronto based public company, has signed a Letter of Intent for a
mobile device which will track smartphones (Android™, Apple,
Blackberry© and Windows devices) located within 300 feet/100 metres and
warns the device user of its separation from the hardware and backs up
key user data in case of loss.
By Articles of Amendment, the Company's name was changed from Senternet
Technologies Inc. to Senternet Phi Gamma Inc.
