Today Sears Canada puts another mark on the Holiday season with the launch of its 2015 Holiday campaign, "For Everything Under the Tree, There's Sears." The message is straightforward. Canadians can find the gifts they need for their families and friends all under one roof: Sears. Sears knows everyone wants to enjoy the important part of the Holidays, being with their loved ones, and whether they choose to shop in store, online, or through the Wish Book, Sears has solutions to make their lives less hectic. For everything under the tree, there's Sears.
"From desirable fashion brands like U.S. Polo Assn., Jessica Simpson or the No. 99 Wayne Gretzky Collection to the hottest toy brands like Lego, Barbie and Star Wars, our customers can find all they need for the Holidays under one roof at Sears," said Brandon G. The "For Everything Under the Tree, There's Sears" Holiday campaign, by advertising agency TBC, Inc., is an integrated program across multiple channels, led by television and supported with radio, online, print, flyers and in-store presentation. The commercial will air across Canada beginning today on channels ranging from CTV, City TV, Global and CBC to specialty channels such as Food Network, HGTV, Bravo!, W Network, YTV and Slice. This is supported by five weeks of radio across 48 markets on top-rated stations listened to by our target customers as well as a robust online advertising campaign inclusive of video, display advertising, social media, a blogger program and a custom content integration with Buzzfeed Canada. Sears products are featured as editors' picks in Holiday issues of magazines, including Chatelaine, Flare, LouLou and Hello Canada!, and Sears has also partnered with Today's Parent to create "Unboxing" videos on the magazine's YouTube channel where readers can click and view products from Sears that will help inspire some great Holiday gift ideas.

"For Everything Under the Tree…There's Sears" was written by singer-songwriter Joey Levine. The lyrics are by Joey Levine and Allan Charles, Chairman and Creative Director of advertising agency TBC, Inc. A legendary tunesmith and performer, Levine also has crafted some of the most well-known jingles on the airwaves, including "Heartbeat of America" for Chevrolet, "Just for the Taste of It" for Diet Coke, and "This Bud's for You" for Anheuser-Busch. One of those jingles was "Come See the Softer Side of Sears," making "For Everything Under the Tree…There's Sears" a homecoming for the songwriter.
The campaign continues through to Christmas Day, with a special version of the TV commercial focused on the 5-day Black Friday weekend that runs from Thursday, November 26 through to Cyber Monday, November 30.
