The Installation Time Guarantee applies to purchases made in Sears serviceable locations from Alberta to Newfoundland and Labrador. Homeowners in these regions who call Sears and make their qualifying purchase by Saturday, January 10, 2010 are guaranteed to have their furnace, heat pump or air conditioner installation completed by the deadline. Sears is so confident of its installation time guarantee that it will give customers a $500 gift card for any missed deadline under the program; Sears professional representatives have all the details related to this special gift card offer. Sears offers premium quality brands like Kenmore and Carrier. There are additional savings available for Sears customers to maximize the value of their renovations such as a $900 saving on a Kenmore high-efficiency furnace and central air conditioner and up to $1,775 in government grants and credits.
The federal government's Home Renovation Tax Credit Program is a 15% rebate which applies to eligible home expenditures made after January 27, 2009 and completed before February 1, 2010. This rebate applies to expenses of more than $1,000 up to $10,000 for a maximum credit of $1,350.
