Saint-Augustin River Ferry - Restart of the passenger transportation service on the river on April 10 due to the closing of the Route blanche

QUÉBEC, April 11, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - La Société des traversiers du Québec (STQ) wishes to inform the clientele of Saint-Augustin River Ferry that, due to the closing of the Route blanche between Saint-Augustin and Pakuashipi, the crossings offered by the VCA L'Esprit-de-Pakuashipi started on April 10, as per its regular schedule.

The STQ will continue to offer ground transportation service between the airport and the Pointe-à-la-Truite wharf for the passengers of the Anticosti Island and the Lower North Shore maritime service. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 418 947-2027. Clients are asked to leave a message if there is no answer.
