Rideau rallies behind "Return on Recognition" with new robust Vistance platform and proprietary Recognition Quotient

MONTREAL, March 22, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Rideau Inc., a global leader in employee rewards and recognition, introduces today the rebranding of its business solutions with a focus around its new tagline, "Return on Recognition".

The rebranding includes a new logo, corporate signature and colours, website and – most substantially – a new Vistance platform for all of the company's solutions and a proprietary score for developing managers called Recognition Quotient.

Vistance is the name of the company's recognition data analytic suite of services, which is based on an award-winning algorithm scientifically proven to help companies measure their return on recognition, as well as learning solutions that help managers increase engagement in their employees and, subsequently, improve bottom-line results.

It unifies both the Rideau suite of services as well as the company's promise to clients and will be woven throughout the organization's materials and solutions.

The company's revamped website, Rideau.com, has also undergone a major overall with increased user functionality for a more intuitive experience.
