The implementation of a technology-driven medication synchronization program, OneStopMeds, powered by Ateb's Time My Meds®, is a first to market for both Canadian companies and signals a new direction in pharmacy delivered enhanced patient care.
Medication synchronization is the process of coordinating all of a patient's medications to be refilled on the same day. Patients make a single trip to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions each month cycle, thereby improving chronic medication adherence.
