MONTREAL, May 25, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - On May 27, keep the 2012 Leucan Shaved Head Challenge, presented by Jean Coutu, in mind. Thousands of participants will take on the Challenge to show their solidarity with cancer-stricken children and their families. On the province-wide day of the Challenge, make headway and come see participants unveil the best they can offer!

Close to Atwater Market, corner Saint-Patrick and Charlevoix Streets
At 10:15 am, Leucan's General Manager, Sandro Di Cori, will have his head shaved by Dominic Paquet, the Challenge Provincial Spokesperson. Maude Thérien-Trottier, one of the young regional spokersperson will also be present along with Mr. Tyrone Benskin, Jeanne-Le Ber Deputy.
Marché Central Site from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Jonction of Highways 15 and 40 — close to Winners (under the chapiteau)
At 1:35 pm, Ahuntsic Deputy, Mrs Maria Mourani, will dare to shave the head of her Press Officer, Mr Jean-Francois Lemieux. She will be accompanied by Camilo Turner, one of the young regional spokesperson.
Two other sites in the Greater Montreal area will welcome the Leucan Shaved Head Challenge on May 27:
- Fairview Pointe Claire, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
6801 Transcanada Highway, Pointe-Claire - Carrefour Laval, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
3035 Le Carrefour Blvd, Laval - Central Atrium
Moreover, at precisely 1:30 pm the event will have reached the 50,000 participant milestone. 50,000 people whom had their head shaved since the first Edition of the Challenge.
