WINNIPEG, June 23, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ -

Airbus C295W owned by the Mexican Air Force (SEDENA) on a demonstration tour across North America

The C295W tour will expose the aircraft to Canada's diverse and extreme weather conditions and terrain. With stops in cities such as Saskatoon, Yellowknife, Winnipeg, and Thunder Bay, and landing in more remote communities like Resolute Bay, Churchill, Pickle Lake, and Kasabonika, the tour will demonstrate the robustness, reliability and versatility of the C295W that make it perfectly suited for operations in Canada's challenging environments.

On June 24th, the tour will touchdown in Winnipeg, following its stops in Resolute Bay and Churchill. To mark this historic occasion, Airbus is hosting a reception at 8:15AM. Media are invited to view the aircraft and interview representatives.
