MONTRÉAL, May 6, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Bruno Lachance, director of the Service de sécurité incendies de Montréal and coordinator of emergency preparedness for the Montréal agglomeration, invites media representatives to a press briefing concerning the situation all along the  Rivière des Prairies following a rise in water levels. The Centre de sécurité civile has deployed its resources to offer assistance and support to flood victims.

Please note that the press briefing originally scheduled today (Saturday, May 6) at 4:30 p.m. has been cancelled.

The next press briefing will be held at 9 a.m. on Sunday, May 7.
