OTTAWA, Nov. 25, 2016 /CNW/ - The Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, will make an announcement on helping communities at risk protect themselves from hate crimes.

Following the announcement, Minister Goodale will take questions from the media. The announcement will be available via Periscope.
