BROSSARD, QC, Jan. 24, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Quartier DIX30 is excited to announce that Groupe Germain Hotels is opening a new hotel on site, in 2018—the first Canadian location for its new, four star Alt+ banner. This new hotel will build on the success of the Alt Hotel which has been located at the property for a decade. The Alt+ Quartier DIX30 Hotel will be located in the 16-storey mixed-use building currently under construction in Quartier DIX30's Square.

Levels 2 to 6 of the new building will house Class A office space (107,000 sq. ft.), while the ground floor (10,000 sq. ft.) will showcase boutiques and restaurants and the Alt+ Hotel lobby. An underground walkway will also provide direct access to the indoor mall and adjacent heated indoor parking.
The new four-star hotel will occupy the building's top nine floors (95,000 sq. ft.). The 168 spacious guest rooms will be complemented by unique services, including valet parking, room service, a gym, inspiring meeting rooms and much more.
