SAN ANTONIO, Feb. 17, 2016 /CNW/ -- Pool Buoy Plus makes staying safe in the sun more stylish than ever. Building upon the excitement surrounding the release of their first product, now called the Pool Buoy – Original, the family owned duo of Shade Science, LLC has expanded the product line with five new products. The Pool Buoy still remains the first and only floating umbrella tabletop that puts out seven feet of UVA & UVB rated shade to protect those lounging underneath. But Shade Science was able to improve the product in many ways, as suggested by enthusiastic and loyal customers!
Each Pool Buoy Plus umbrella now features added wind vents and a ShadeLoc™, which ensures a point of friction can be created between the tabletop and the bottom pole of the umbrella to keep it in place in windier conditions.
Shade Science improved the tabletop by upgrading the coloring of the entire tabletop unit from a basic white to a light gray or a light cream color specifically selected to coordinate with the new umbrella colors. The counterweight of the tabletop is now a fabulous bright blue so it is visible underwater.
And finally, the umbrella unit got an upgrade to a trendier market style umbrella in Harbor Blue, Key Largo and Coconut Cream.
Some stores will also have a nifty tool for keeping the Pool Buoy close by - the Pool Buoy Leash, which has a Velcro strap to secure to your wrist or a float and keeps the Pool Buoy at arm's length.
Shade Science, LLC has also expanded its line of products with the Drink Buoy, inspired by popular demand for the best drink caddy available on the market. The quality of this product surpasses all competitors, because the Drink Buoy is made of a hardened plastic exterior. The Drink Buoy is engineered to hold nearly 40 pounds above water, so holding up drinks in the five cupholders doesn't even make it break a sweat.
With nationwide distribution, and reduced prices from their début summer last year, the products at Shade Science, LLC are sure to be seen with increasing prevalence poolside or boatside, for that matter. It may only be February, but Shade Science is off and running with some exciting sales numbers in 2016.
