Polaris Files Technical Report for Black Bear Project

VANCOUVER, Nov. 17, 2016 /CNW/ - Polaris Materials Corporation (TSX:PLS) (the "Company", "Polaris" or "we") is pleased to announce the filing of a technical report for its Black Bear Project in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (the "Technical Report").

The Technical Report, dated effective November 16, 2016, was prepared by Wm. John Beck, P. Eng. of Beck and Associates Geoconsultants Inc., and Gary Nordin, P. Geo., who are both Qualified Persons and independent of Polaris within the meaning of NI 43-101. The Technical Report was filed on SEDAR pursuant to the press release of Polaris dated October 3, 2016 announcing the results of a maiden Mineral Resource estimate for the Black Bear Project. A copy of the Technical Report can be viewed online under the Company's profile at www.sedar.com and will also be made available on the Company's website at www.polarismaterials.com.
