Canada's largest supply chain event to visit British Columbia in 2011 and
New Brunswick in 2012
TORONTO, Sept. 14 /CNW/ - The Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) is pleased to announce that Whistler, British Columbia and Moncton, New Brunswick have been selected to host the 2011 and 2012 PMAC National Conferences, respectively.
Known worldwide as one of the premier resort destinations, as well as the Host Mountain Resort for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, hopes are high for the 2011 Conference in Whistler. "Arriving the year after the Olympic Games allows us to benefit from the improvements to transportation infrastructure made for the Games and the new facilities built to house the games and its visitors," said Bob Dye, president, PMAC.
Heading to Moncton for PMAC's 2012 Conference will put delegates in the politest city in Canada (Readers Digest, 2008), as they experience the charm of Canada's only bilingual province. There are no shortage of discoveries to be made in the Moncton area. Delegates can visit the steep coastal cliffs on the Bay of Fundy, experience the warmest saltwater beaches north of Virginia, or explore the over 2,000 km of coastline.
Canada's largest conference for supply chain professionals has been leading the way for over 80 years. Decade after decade, through bull and bear markets, supply chain professionals have sought out PMAC for education and professional development to help them advance their careers.
