the "Company") (TSXV:PMI) today announced that Mr. Heinz J. Scholz and
Mr. Werner Ladwein have resigned from the Company's Board of Directors
to focus on other commitments, effective immediately.

past few years and wish them well in their future endeavours," said Mr.
