BAAR, Switzerland, July 15 /CNW/ - Petromanas Energy Inc. ("Petromanas") (TSXV:PMI) announces that Mr. Erik Herlyn has resigned as President and CEO effective immediately. Mr. Verne Johnson, Chairman of the Board, will be the interim CEO until a new CEO is appointed.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Herlyn for his contributions to Petromanas and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
