The winner of the bi-annual award will be announced at the AIPC's upcoming annual conference and 52nd general assembly in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
Becoming the only finalist from the entire American continent based on the competition's performance and customer satisfaction criteria thrusts the Palais into an enviable international position. "The Palais is known for the exceptional quality of its service, and being among the finalists reflects the efforts we've deployed over the years," underlines Palais President and CEO Marc Tremblay.
