A $15,000 donation will be presented to the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre during the event.

"Packers Plus cares about the communities where we live and work. The Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre is a tremendous organization that leads the way in supporting children, youth and families impacted by abuse. We're thrilled to be supporting their cause while kicking-off one of the most exciting events in our community," says Dan Themig, Packers Plus President & CEO. Themig will present the $15,000 donation to Sheldon Kennedy following the Bullbustin' rodeo competition.

Packers Plus selected the Sheldon Kennedy Advocacy Centre as the designated charity for the 2015 Packers Plus PBR Bullbustin' event, recognizing their innovative approach to supporting children, youth and families impacted by child physical and sexual abuse. The Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre brings together more than 95 professionals from six partner organizations to collaborate on investigation, treatment, prevention, education and research to help people through an exceptionally difficult time — providing integrated services at one place so healing can begin and lives can move forward.
