TORONTO, Oct. 28 /CNW/ - Today the Ontario Energy Board (the Board) issued a Rate Order to reflect its Decision on 2009 electricity distribution rates for West Perth Power Inc. The new rates are effective November 1, 2009.
The impact on the delivery portion of the bill resulting from the decision will result in an increase of 2.6% for residential customers using 1,000 kWh per month. The delivery portion makes up approximately one-third of the total bill.
