MELBOURNE, Australia, June 15, 2012 /CNW/ - OceanaGold Corporation (ASX: OGC, TSX: OGC, NZX: OGC) ("the Company") wishes to advise on the outcome of the voting results from the Annual General and Special Meeting held today.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2, we advise details of the resolutions and the proxies received in respect of each resolution.

           
1A) Election of Director - Mr Jose P. Leviste Jr.  
  The instructions given to validly appointed proxies in respect of the resolution were as follows:
