LONGUEUIL, QC, Oct. 15 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated wishes to announce that Exit 57 North on Autoroute 15 South will be completely closed from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM on the night of October 16-17 and on the subsequent night of October 17-18.
A section of the Bonaventure Expressway (A-10 East), from Exit 4 to the junction of Autoroute 15 South will also be closed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM on the nights of October 16-17 and October 17-18. Signs will indicate detour routes for drivers going in either direction.
From Autoroute 15 South, coming from Montreal, access will be possible from Exit 57. A detour route will be indicated to access the Pointe-Nord area of Nuns' Island.
On Autoroute 10 East, coming from Montreal, access will be possible from Exit 4 of the Bonaventure Expressway and subsequently by Autoroute 15 South, to access Nuns' Island from Exit 57 or continuing to the South Shore.
Please note that during the roadwork period (9:00 PM to 8:00 AM) drivers coming from Nuns' Island will still be able to access the Bonaventure Expressway (10 West) and Autoroute 15 North.
