NexGen Announces Graduation to TSX

VANCOUVER, July 14, 2016 /CNW/ - NexGen Energy Ltd. ("NexGen" or the "Company") (TSXV:NXE, OTCQX:NXGEF) is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") to graduate from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") and list its common shares ("Shares") on the TSX.

The Shares will commence trading on the TSX at the opening of markets on Friday July 15, 2016 under its existing symbol "NXE".  In connection with the listing of the Shares on the TSX, the last day of trading on the TSXV will be Thursday July 14, 2016 and the Shares will be delisted from the TSXV upon commencement of trading on the TSX.
