the "Best Overall Governance Award" by the Canadian Society of
Corporate Secretaries at the Second Annual Excellence in Governance
Awards. The Best Overall Governance Award is presented each year to a
company that demonstrates a high level of effectiveness across the
three pillars of governance, risk and compliance. The judges assess
coordination of governance, compliance, ethics and risk-management
