("MTS Allstream") announced today the winner of a new BMW 335d Advanced Diesel vehicle two year lease from the Greater Toronto Area BMW Retailers - the official green transportation partner for the 2009 Allstream Global Forum: An Evening with Vice President Al Gore. As an attendee of the Allstream Global Forum, guest ballots were automatically entered into the contest. The winner of the two year lease is Vay Tham from Toronto, Ontario.
The BMW 335d is powered by BMW's two-time International Engine of the Year Award winning 3.0 litre Twin Turbo in-line six-cylinder Advanced Diesel engine, the cleanest diesel engine BMW has ever produced. BMW's Advanced Diesels are 25% more fuel efficient and produce significantly less CO(2) emissions than a comparable gasoline engine.
