MONTRÉAL, Jan. 6, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Les Hivernales, the first major round of Montréal's 375th anniversary events, officially get underway today. From January 6 to March 11, everyone who loves Montréal is invited to celebrate our 'nordicity' by taking part in any of more than a dozen exciting activities across the metropolis.

For the 375th's Hivernales, IGLOOFEST brings us even more northern fun with free activities for everyone and two extra Saturdays of wild competitions and Off-Igloofest evenings on its program.

A pop-up art gallery will appear in several locations in Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie borough.
