This is Moneris' third consecutive year of recognition and is an indication of the company's commitment to outstanding customer and community service.
Moneris received the Quality Excellence in Customer Experience, Community Involvement and Environmental Awareness awards at the Awards of Excellence Gala held by ContactNB on June 18 in Moncton, New Brunswick. Additionally, three Moneris staff members won in the Employee of the Year, Leader of Year for the Centre and Individual Member Award categories. Moneris' Sackville contact centre has strong community support programs in place for volunteerism and fundraising and promotes environmental initiatives such as recycling, composting and fresh produce donation, grown in the Moneris garden and provided to community members in need.
