MONTREAL, Nov. 10, 2015 /CNW/ - Momentum Ventures has officially launched the Momentum Ventures Challenge. The Momentum Ventures Challenge is an entrepreneurial challenge targeted towards young professionals who have something to prove in the world of online business. The winner of this challenge will ultimately be entitled to a full-time leadership position at Momentum Ventures along with a minimum of $500K in funding for a new business and access to the mentorship and support systems available at Momentum Ventures.
The Momentum Ventures Challenge calls upon potential candidates to visit Momentum Ventures website and fill out a challenge form. This form calls for candidates to outline their three largest successes, either in business or personal life, and answer a series of identifying and philosophical questions. Upon review, these candidates will narrowed down with chosen candidates being selected for interviews with the hope that a new entrepreneur will emerge as Momentum Ventures' next business leader.
Momentum Ventures' CEO Matt Keezer is excited to see what comes of the challenge, saying "we are hopeful we can add a dynamic leader to our team," adding "hopefully, with the selection and investment we make we can start another winning business at Momentum Ventures."
Momentum Ventures was founded in 2007. Since launching in 2007, Momentum Ventures has successfully launched seven businesses in seven attempts, culminating with the launch of Momentum Ventures' flagship brand, FlightHub, in 2012. FlightHub, an online travel agency offering low-cost flights and travel insurance, has been a smashing success in the North American travel scene, banking over $1.5 billion annually, employing over 400 people, and serving over 1 million Canadians annually.
