MFDA reschedules first appearance in the matter of Chris McAuley

TORONTO, July 7 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced disciplinary proceedings in respect of Chris M. McAuley by Notice of Hearing dated June 17, 2010.

The first appearance in this matter, originally scheduled to take place on July 20, 2010 has been rescheduled on consent of the parties to August 12, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the appearance can be held, in the Hearing Room at the MFDA offices located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario.

The purpose of the first appearance is to schedule the date for the commencement of the hearing of this matter on its merits and to address any other procedural matters. The appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
