TORONTO, July 15 /CNW/ - A Hearing Panel of the MFDA's Pacific Regional Council has issued its Reasons for Decision in connection with the settlement hearing held in Vancouver, British Columbia on May 25, 2010 in the matter of Douglas Bryan Ruemper.
