MFDA Hearing Panel adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Brent Barnai

TORONTO, May 12, 2014 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Brent L. Barnai by Notice of Hearing dated September 5, 2013.

The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally scheduled to take place on May 13, 2014, has been adjourned on consent of the parties to a date to be determined and to be announced accordingly. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
