Meeting addresses innovative child care program

MONCTON, NB, Sept. 18 /CNW Telbec/ - Government and community practitioners from across the Maritimes are meeting here Sept. 21 to discuss new and innovative ways to provide early childhood programs.

The symposium brings together practitioners from the eleven sites selected in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia to demonstrate best practice in the comprehensive delivery of early learning, child care and family supports.

The Honourable Margaret Norrie McCain, New Brunswick's Early Learning Advisor, opens by addressing the opportunities and challenges involved in integrating early childhood programs with kindergarten.
