Media accreditation required
OTTAWA, June 5, 2019 /CNW/ - As incoming Chair of the Council of the Federation, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe will host the 2019 Summer Meeting of Canada's Premiers from July 9 to 11 at the Delta Bessborough Hotel in Saskatoon.
Media Accreditation
Media representatives who wish to cover the 2019 Summer Meeting of Canada's Premiers must register online. To access the online registration system, please visit www.canadaspremiers.ca, click on the link for the 2019 Summer Meeting and click "Media Registration". Media must register by July 9, 2019.
Individuals will be screened to ensure they are official media representatives. A photo-ID badge will be provided to all accredited media at the registration desk in Saskatoon.
Media Accommodation
Media are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. A limited block of rooms is available at the Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel (612 Spadina Crescent E, Saskatoon, SK).

Media Centre
A media centre will be set up in the Battleford Room, located on the Mezzanine Floor of the Delta Bessborough Hotel, on Wednesday, July 10 and Thursday, July 11. A unimic will also be available. The room will be equipped with internet access and power outlets.

Media centre closes |
A meeting of Premiers and Indigenous leaders will be held on Tuesday, July 9 at Big River First Nation, Saskatchewan. Details about this meeting will be issued by the Government of Saskatchewan.
The Council of the Federation comprises all 13 provincial and territorial Premiers. It enables Premiers to work collaboratively, form closer ties, foster constructive relationships among governments, and show leadership on important issues that matter to Canadians.
