CHATHAM, ON, Feb. 8, 2017 /CNW/ - Union Gas is undertaking a customer engagement questionnaire that's designed to gather feedback from its customers on their needs and preferences to be incorporated into its business planning process when developing their multi-year rate application beginning in 2019. Ultimately, this consultation will help Union Gas ensure alignment between its operational and capital investment plans and customer needs and preferences.
An online questionnaire will run from Feb. 7 – Mar. 15, 2017 and can be accessed through UnionGasPlans.ca or a link via uniongas.com. Union Gas has engaged an independent research firm, Innovative Research Group, to manage the questionnaire process and document results. Union Gas customers who complete the questionnaire are eligible to enter a draw for one of four $500 prizes.
