Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity - Volunteers sorting Spring Drive food donations during Easter

WHAT:


Spring Drive Public Food Sorts






A spring tradition for many families and community groups, over five hundred people will sort and pack food donations from Daily Bread's Spring Drive this weekend.






The Spring Drive ends on April 26 with goals of 225,000 dollars and 225,000 pounds of food. As of April 15, the Spring Drive has raised $117,000 and 130,000 pounds of food.






Note: Daily Bread is fully booked for public sorting. No volunteers are required.
