CALGARY, Feb. 9, 2015 /CNW/ - The School of Public Policy has new and deep research into the tax burden in Canada – specifically looking at who pays how much.  A report will be released in Ottawa on February 10th that will show that the Canadian tax system is not just progressive, but extraordinarily progressive, and could provoke a new way of looking at progressivity.  The report should serve as a reality check for policy makers proposing major tax increases or reforms.
