New report exposes the blurred lines and confusion about the middle class – and the potential misdirection of public resources

CALGARY, March 17, 2015 /CNW/ - The School of Public Policy will release an eye-opening report by Philip Cross & Munir A. Sheikh that questions everything we think we know about the middle class. Is it deteriorating or improving?  What factors identify who they are? Does a factory worker fare the same as a nurse? After answering these questions, the authors will recommend change to public policy.
