MEDIA ADVISORY - Update on Secondments to Transition Office

TORONTO, Dec. 13 /CNW/ - The Canadian Securities Transition Office has posted an update on its website that provides information on recent developments in the transition to a national securities regulator, including: 

  • secondments to the Transition Office from provincial securities regulators, most recently the New Brunswick Securities Commission;
  • work on initial regulations under the proposed Canadian Securities Act; and
  • the retention of new professional advisors.
