VANCOUVER, Jan. 19 /CNW/ - The Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC) and the Mining Association of British Columbia (MABC) have learned that the Supreme Court of Canada will release its decision in the case of Canada (Fisheries and Oceans) v. MiningWatch. The judgment will be released January 21, 2010 at 9:45 AM EST (6:45 AM PST) and will be available at www.scc-csc.gc.ca.
