TORONTO, Feb. 11 /CNW/ - Ontario House, a dynamic pavilion that welcomes visitors to the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games to visit and invest in Ontario, officially opens to the public.

Opening day highlights include:
- A cooking demonstration by Ontario celebrity chef Jamie Kennedy at
- Ontario craft beer tasting session hosted by Mill Street Breweries,
- Ontario ice wine tasting session hosted by Vincor, 4:30 PM
- Free concert performance by Bedouin Soundclash, 10:30 PM
Media are invited to visit Ontario House at any time. Ontario Minister of Tourism and Culture Michael Chan is available for scheduled interviews at Ontario House on February 12 and February 13.
Ontario House has a hi-def fibre feed and multiple drops that are fully wired. A manned-camera can be supplied if needed. Our fibre is direct to Toronto TOC and can be booked for live hits from our pavilion. We are also able to accommodate standard definition broadcasts.
Ontario House features three interactive signature attractions that show off the province's tourism assets and investment potential through made-in-Ontario technologies. It will also host free nightly concerts featuring top Ontario artists, Olympic athlete appearances and events with Ontario's culinary masters and major festivals.
