Media Advisory - Minister Alexander to welcome new citizens on Toronto Raptors' Court

OTTAWA, Feb. 10, 2015 /CNW/ - Canada's Citizenship and Immigration Minister, Chris Alexander, the Institute for Canadian Citizenship and the Toronto Raptors, will welcome 34 new citizens at a special citizenship ceremony on Raptors' Court at Air Canada Centre.

The new citizens will also be invited to watch the Toronto Raptors take on the Washington Wizards at 7:30 p.m.  Prior to tip-off, Minister Alexander and the new Canadians will join the Raptors to take part in the singing of the national anthem.
